Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2015, Malta ranked the highest in Self-perceived Health by Sex, Age and Education - 65 years or over - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Fair - Females with 62.4% followed by Germany and Romania. On the other end of the scale was Norway with 26.7%, Serbia with 28.5% and Croatia with 29.5%.
