Based on a comparison of 30 countries in 2015, Latvia ranked the highest in Self-perceived Health by Sex, Age and Education - From 16 to 29 years - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Bad or very bad - Males with 6.10% followed by Portugal and Serbia. On the other end of the scale was Cyprus with 0.400%, Malta with 0.800% and Slovenia with 1.20%.
