Based on a comparison of 31 countries in 2015, Lithuania ranked the highest in Self-perceived Health by Sex, Age and Education - From 16 to 44 years - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Fair - Total with 28.0% followed by Portugal and Latvia. On the other end of the scale was Romania with 4.30%, Bulgaria with 6.20% and Macedonia with 6.60%.
