Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2015, Croatia ranked the highest in Self-perceived Health by Sex, Age and Education - From 16 to 64 years - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Bad or very bad - Total with 20.6% followed by Serbia and Hungary. On the other end of the scale was Malta with 2.70%, Sweden with 5.10% and Romania with 5.40%.
