Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2015, Belgium ranked the highest in Self-perceived Health by Sex, Age and Education - From 35 to 44 years - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Bad or very bad - Total with 20.5% followed by Norway and Denmark. On the other end of the scale was Malta with 1.40%, Romania with 1.90% and Switzerland with 3.00%.
