Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Serbia ranked the highest in Share of housing costs in disposable household income with 36.2% followed by Bulgaria and Germany. On the other end of the scale was Malta with 7.30%, Cyprus with 14.0% and Luxembourg with 14.2%.
