Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Latvia ranked the highest in Share of People 60 years and older At-risk-of-poverty with 35.7% followed by Estonia and Croatia. On the other end of the scale was Slovakia with 6.30%, Denmark with 7.90% and Norway with 7.90%.
