Based on a comparison of 22 countries in 2011, United Kingdom ranked the highest in Share of Population reading Newspapers in the last 12 months by Education - At least once a week - First and second stage of tertiary education (levels 5 and 6) with 39.4% followed by Cyprus and Poland. On the other end of the scale was Italy with 7.40%, Finland with 8.30% and Hungary with 14.9%.
