Based on a comparison of 29 countries in 2012, Luxembourg ranked the highest in share of pupils at isced level 2 learning 2 or more foreign languages with 100% followed by Italy and Macedonia. On the other end of the scale was Hungary with 6.00%, Ireland with 9.20% and Austria with 9.70%.
