Based on a comparison of 23 countries in 2012, Romania ranked the highest in share of pupils at isced level 3, prevocational and vocational, learning 2 or more foreign languages with 95.6% followed by Estonia and Slovakia. On the other end of the scale was Hungary with 0.700%, Ireland with 3.70% and Denmark with 5.40%.
