Fresh sheep milk production reached 19,745 tonnes in 2017 in Israel, according to Faostat. This is 6.25% more than in the previous year.
Historically, fresh sheep milk production in Israel reached an all time high of 23,800 tonnes in 1978 and an all time low of 13,800 tonnes in 1984.
