Fresh sheep milk production reached 13,500 tonnes in 2017 in Lebanon, according to Faostat. This is 3.85% more than in the previous year.
Historically, fresh sheep milk production in Lebanon reached an all time high of 30,599 tonnes in 1996 and an all time low of 4,050 tonnes in 2012.
Lebanon has been ranked 58th within the group of 81 countries we follow in terms of fresh sheep milk production.
