Historically, tallow production in Mexico reached an all time high of 119,100 tonnes in 2006 and an all time low of 15,200 tonnes in 1961. When compared to Mexico's main peers, tallow production in Honduras amounted to 4,136 tonnes and 3,404,500 tonnes in USA in 2014.
