Total Domestic Uses of PDO Wine

Based on a comparison of 21 countries in 2016, France ranked the highest in total domestic uses of PDO wine with 17,412 1,000 hl followed by Germany and Italy. On the other end of the scale was Cyprus with 21.6 1,000 hl, Malta with 25.8 1,000 hl and Bulgaria with 26.0 1,000 hl.
