Based on a comparison of 5 countries in 2015, Ukraine ranked the highest in total health expenditure as a percentage of GDP enp with 7.40% followed by Georgia and Belarus. On the other end of the scale was Azerbaijan with 1.30%, Armenia with 1.70% and Belarus with 4.00%.
