Historically, total persons prosecuted in Ukraine reached an all time high of 260,702 in 2004 and an all time low of 207,740 in 2008. When compared to Ukraine's main peers, total persons prosecuted in Poland amounted to 549,815 and 56,949 in Romania in 2010.
