Based on a comparison of 165 countries in 2016, Chile ranked the highest in Total Tax on Pack of Cigarettes (As % of Retail Price) with 89.1% followed by Finland and Bosnia and Herzegovina. On the other end of the scale was Dem. People's Republic of Korea with 0%, Afghanistan with 2.30% and Somalia with 4.46%.
