Based on a comparison of 23 countries in July 2017, Spain ranked the highest in Unemployment according to ILO definition - Males with 15.0% followed by Italy and Cyprus. On the other end of the scale was Czechia with 2.30%, Malta with 3.50% and Germany with 4.10%.
