Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2017, Spain ranked the highest in Unemployment Rate (Eurostat) with 17.2% followed by Italy and Cyprus. On the other end of the scale was Japan with 2.80%, Iceland with 2.80% and Czechia with 2.90%.
