Utilization of whole milk for butter reached 1,214 kt in 2015 in Finland, according to Eurostat. This is 11.1% more than in the previous year.

Historically, utilization of whole milk for butter in Finland reached an all time high of 1,232 kt in 1999 and an all time low of 968 kt in 2012.
