Utilization of whole milk for butter reached 9,765 kt in 2015 in Germany, according to Eurostat. This is 5.57% more than in the previous year.

Historically, utilization of whole milk for butter in Germany reached an all time high of 13,533 kt in 1983 and an all time low of 7,955 kt in 1990.
