Utilization of Whole Milk for Butter, incl. Dehydrated Butter and Ghee and Other Fats and Oils (kt) in Hungary

Utilization of whole milk for butter reached 137 kt in 2015 in Hungary, according to Eurostat. This is 1.29% less than in the previous year.

Historically, utilization of whole milk for butter in Hungary reached an all time high of 170 kt in 2005 and an all time low of 106 kt in 2006.
