Utilization of Whole Milk for Butter, incl. Dehydrated Butter and Ghee and Other Fats and Oils (kt) in Serbia

Utilization of whole milk for butter reached 106 kt in 2015 in Serbia, according to Eurostat. This is 26.3% less than in the previous year.

Historically, utilization of whole milk for butter in Serbia reached an all time high of 144 kt in 2014 and an all time low of 106 kt in 2015.
