Utilization of whole milk for butter reached 188 kt in 2015 in Slovakia, according to Eurostat. This is 0.776% more than in the previous year.

Historically, utilization of whole milk for butter in Slovakia reached an all time high of 335 kt in 2002 and an all time low of 164 kt in 2010.
