Historically, vegetable consumption per capita in Belarus reached an all time high of 152 kg in 2010 and an all time low of 76.7 kg in 1992. When compared to Belarus's main peers, vegetable consumption per capita in Lithuania amounted to 110 kg, 122 kg in Poland, 107 kg in Russia and 152 kg in Ukraine in 2013.
