Vegetable consumption per capita reached 204 kg in 2013 in Kazakhstan, according to Faostat. This is 3.88 % more than in the previous year.
Historically, vegetable consumption per capita in Kazakhstan reached an all time high of 225 kg in 2011 and an all time low of 48.4 kg in 1994. When compared to Kazakhstan's main peers, vegetable consumption per capita in China amounted to 328 kg, 149 kg in Kyrgyzstan, 107 kg in Russia and 230 kg in Uzbekistan in 2013.
