Vetch production reached 227 tonnes in 2016 in Croatia, according to Faostat. This is 255 % more than in the previous year.
Historically, vetch production in Croatia reached an all time high of 2,509 tonnes in 1994 and an all time low of 64.0 tonnes in 2015. When compared to Croatia's main peers, vetch production in Bosnia and Herzegovina amounted to 4,269 tonnes and 27,995 tonnes in Serbia in 2016.
Croatia has been ranked 30th within the group of 35 countries we follow in terms of vetch production, 12 places behind the position seen 10 years ago.
