Workers' remittances paid reached USD 225 mil in 2020 in Afghanistan, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 3.74% more than in the previous year.
Historically, workers' remittances paid in Afghanistan reached an all time high of USD 789 mil in 2010 and an all time low of USD 144 mil in 2017.
