Energy Sector Reform

This issue discusses power politics and political reforms in the Russian energy sector. The authors examine such issues as state ownership and influence in the oil and gas sectors as well as the complex dynamics between foreign energy investments versus domestic strategic interests. The issue also looks at the general state of the Russian energy sector and places it in its international context.
