Nova Ljubljanska banka is a Slovenia-based universal bank. The Bank with its subsidiaries is the largest Slovenian banking and financial group, offering a wide range of banking and other financial services to commercial and private banking clients. Nova Ljubljanska banka was founded in 1889 and is headquartered in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Following bank's hefty losses and recapitalisation, the Government regained a majority in the Bank.
