The Bank’s Retail and Private Banking segment offers a range of deposit and savings instruments, credit and debit cards, portfolio management, and loan products. The Bank’s Corporate Banking segment provides for instance trade finance, credit products, accounts and deposit products, forfeiting and factoring, letters of credit, guarantees, or international payments. The Bank was founded in 1950 and is headquartered in Budapest, Hungary. MKB Bank was the first bankin Hungary to be privatised, in 1994. It is controlled by BayernLB.
