Gazprombank made a net profit of RUB 13.5 bil under revenues of RUB 51.4 bil in the first quarter of 2019, down 9.89% and up 39.1% respectively when compared to the same period last year.
Historically, the bank’s net profit reached an all time high of RUB 18.9 bil in 2Q2017 and an all time low of RUB -18.7 bil in 2Q2015. The average profit in the last six quarters amounted to RUB 8.98 bil.
On the other hand, bank’s revenues amounted to an all time high of RUB 68.5 bil in 4Q2015 and an all time low of RUB 24.1 bil in 1Q2015. The average revenues in the last six quarters reached RUB 41.8 bil.
When compared to bank's main peers, Sberbank generated a quarterly net profit of RUB 227 bil with revenues of RUB 473 bil in 1Q2019 and VTB Bank netted RUB 46.6 bil (revenues of RUB 131 bil).
