Insurance and financial services as a percentage of service exports from the balance of payment fell 13.8% to 13.2% in Kenya in 2021, according to the National Central Bank / OECD.

Historically, insurance and financial services as a percentage of service exports from the balance of payment in Kenya reached an all time high of 15.3% in 2018 and an all time low of 0.259% in 2007.

Kenya has been ranked 21st within the group of 134 countries we follow in terms of insurance and financial services as a percentage of service exports from the balance of payment, 24 places above the position seen 10 years ago.
