Historically, expenditure of international tourism in Peru reached an all time high of USD 2,687 mil in 2016 and an all time low of USD 428 mil in 1995. When compared to Peru's main peers, expenditure of international tourism in Bolivia amounted to USD 960 mil, USD 17,068 mil in Brazil, USD 2,733 mil in Chile and USD 4,825 mil in Colombia in 2016.
