Piraeus Bank Bulgaria generated total banking revenues of BGN 88.8 mil in 2015, down 13.2% when compared to the previous year.
Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of BGN 180 mil in 2011 and an all time low of BGN 63.3 mil in 2005. The average revenue in the last five years amounted to BGN 126 mil.
Net interest income represented 64.2% of total revenues, fee income contributed 22.0% and other non-interest income added further 13.9% to the overall revenue generation in 2015.
Bank's total revenues accounted for 3.07% total assets in 2015, down from 3.10% a year earlier.
When compared to bank's main peers, DSK Bank generated total revenues of 6.65% of assets in 2015, United Bulgarian Bank operated with 5.68% revenue margin and Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria produced total income worth 4.77% of assets.
