Based on a comparison of 42 countries in 2022, China ranked the highest in number of hospital beds with 7,414,200 beds followed by Japan and USA. On the other end of the scale was Iceland with 1,039 beds, Luxembourg with 2,652 beds and Costa Rica with 5,778 beds.
