Based on a comparison of 173 countries in 2015, China ranked the highest in fixed broadband internet subscribers with 277 mil followed by USA and Japan. On the other end of the scale was South Sudan with < 0.001 mil, Eritrea with < 0.001 mil and Congo with < 0.001 mil.
