Based on a comparison of 29 countries in 2022, Indonesia ranked the highest in smokers as a percentage of 15+ year-old male population with 62.7% followed by China and South Africa. On the other end of the scale was Iceland with 6.00%, Norway with 7.00% and New Zealand with 8.60%.
