Based on a comparison of 23 countries in 2015, Russia ranked the highest in diamond production with 41,912 '000 ct followed by Botswana and Dem. Republic of the Congo. On the other end of the scale was Togo with 0.046 '000 ct, China with 1.05 '000 ct and Cameroon with 5.00 '000 ct.
