Bank interest expenses reached PKR 256,656 mil in third quarter of 2021 in Pakistan, according to the National Central Bank. This is 8.54% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, bank interest expenses in Pakistan reached an all time high of PKR 353,415 mil in 1Q2020 and an all time low of PKR 110,396 mil in 3Q2016.
