Bank liquid assets as a share of short-term liabilities reached 38.8% in second quarter of 2023 in Nepal, according to the National Central Bank. This is 26.3% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, bank liquid assets as a share of short-term liabilities in Nepal reached an all time high of 47.7% in 2Q2017 and an all time low of 25.5% in 4Q2021.
