Bank loans to non-residents reached USD 109 bil in third quarter of 2021 in Russia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 0.606% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, bank loans to non-residents in Russia reached an all time high of USD 177 bil in 2Q2014 and an all time low of USD 76.1 bil in 2Q2009.
