Bentonite production reached 54.0 kt in 2015 in Azerbaijan, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 29.5% less than in the previous year.
Historically, bentonite production in Azerbaijan reached an all time high of 150 kt in 1992 and an all time low of 1.00 kt in 1999.
