Consumer loans as a share of bank loans reached 16.1% in third quarter of 2018 in Russia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 5.73% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, consumer loans as a share of bank loans in Russia reached an all time high of 21.2% in 4Q2013 and an all time low of 14.2% in 2Q2016.
