Consumer loans as a share of bank loans reached 34.8% in fourth quarter of 2018 in Tanzania, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.59% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, consumer loans as a share of bank loans in Tanzania reached an all time high of 39.9% in 2Q2015 and an all time low of 30.5% in 2Q2016.
