Diesel-Fuelled Cars (As % of New Cars Sold) in Bulgaria

Diesel-fuelled as a share of new cars sold reached 20.1% in 2022 in Bulgaria, according to ACEA. This is 10.3% less than in the previous year.

Historically, diesel-fuelled as a share of new cars sold in Bulgaria reached an all time high of 59.1% in 2017 and an all time low of 11.8% in 2020.

Bulgaria has been ranked 6th within the group of 30 countries we follow in terms of diesel-fuelled as a share of new cars sold.
