Foreign debt as a share of gdp reached 64.6% in 2011 in Kazakhstan, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 19.8% less than in the previous year.
Historically, foreign debt as a share of GDP in Kazakhstan reached an all time high of 97.2% in 2009 and an all time low of 1.22% in 1992.
