Based on a comparison of 16 countries in 2012, Finland ranked the highest in Health Care Expenditure per Capita - Out-patient care centres (Purchasing Power Standard) with 602 Purchasing power standard (PPS) per inhabitant followed by Slovenia and Iceland. On the other end of the scale was Romania with 3.47 Purchasing power standard (PPS) per inhabitant, Germany with 21.9 Purchasing power standard (PPS) per inhabitant and Belgium with 26.2 Purchasing power standard (PPS) per inhabitant.
