Based on a comparison of 17 countries in 2012, Switzerland ranked the highest in Health Care Expenditure per Capita - Speciality other then mental health and substance abuse hospitals (EUR) with EUR 364 followed by Luxembourg and Slovenia. On the other end of the scale was Slovakia with EUR 0.190 , Japan with EUR 1.90 and New Zealand with EUR 2.78 .
