Interest Rate on Bank Deposits (Local Currency) in Iran

Interest rate on bank deposits reached 12.8% in 2016 in Iran, according to the National Central Bank. This is 21.5% less than in the previous year.

Historically, interest rate on bank deposits in Iran reached an all time high of 16.9% in 2014 and an all time low of 11.2% in 2011.
